You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tech Advisors regarding your use of the Website, and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
